Introduction

As a delegate on our personalised hand-on course, you will gain an understanding of the functionality and capabilities of Keypoint that are most important to you. Our modular approach means that you decide what it is you really need to know in order to make the most of your software purchase. You only pay for what you need, this is not a standard course where only some of the learning may be relevant.

The courses can be tailored to meet the needs of anyone using Keypoint to:

• create questionnaires

• capture and analyse data

• produce reports using charts.

To provide you and your colleague with the skills and knowledge needed to use Keypoint to complete your surveys and achieve your organisations objectives.

Please Note:

Our minimum training booking is for half a day (4 hours training). Please bear this in mind when reviewing the modules available.

Courses are held at your own premises and are for groups of up to six participants.

Training participants should have a working knowledge of MS Windows and must be familiar with using a keyboard and mouse.
