More than ever before people, who use public transport, need to be involved in decision making, and their changing behaviour in road use and environmental travel must be monitored. The value of using a tool like Keypoint is that it can be used with specific and targeted groups as well as across a range of transport users. The templates show a wide and diverse sample of key tasks including green transport issues.

These templates allow you to become immediately productive with Keypoint – you do not have to learn the entire product in detail before you can start producing your own questionnaires.
