Survey Pack - Training Needs Analysis |

|
Training needs exist at different levels in any organisation. Some training needs may be common to all staff – for instance, health and safety procedures. Other training needs may be role specific within a team, department, or organisation - for example, communication skills for all new supervisors. A training needs analysis (TNA) involves identifying where there is a gap in training, and how best this need can be addressed to improve the performance of individuals, as well as the organisation as a whole. Conducting a TNA is therefore an essential tool for the continued, and systematic, growth and success of any company or institution. Keypoint allows you to conduct tailored surveys for your specific needs, and this pack gives you a set of well designed templates to get you started quickly and easily. NB: To use this pack you must have Keypoint installed on your computer. The survey pack consists of a User Guide in PDF format, and a set of Keypoint 5.5 example questionnaires (as a zip file).
The User Guide is divided into the following sections: Section 1 – The Training Needs Analysis process Section 2 – Designing questionnaires Section 3 – Overview of the templates Section 4 – Using the templates Section 5 – Analysing your data Section 6 – For more information |
