Teams are an effective mechanism for producing a set of work that enables people to carry out a set of tasks or activities that are more than one person can normally do. It is widely accepted that a team, which is effectively managed has increased self confidence and functions more effectively.

One of the significant influences on a team is the manager and their qualities and style of management. Managers need to understand what motivates staff, how to manage difficult and sometimes confrontational situations and also to provide an arena where staff can develop and improve.

The flexibility of Keypoint allows the smart manager to use the information gathered in such a way that it can produce performance improvements. Surveys can take into account what the customers and clients say as well as the staff. Another key function is the use of a good questionnaire to establish the cultural strength of a team before a major organisational change.

NB: To use this pack you must have Keypoint installed on your computer.

The survey pack consists of a User Guide in PDF format, and a set of Keypoint 5.5 example questionnaires (as a zip file).
