This guide is for anyone involved in providing leisure and cultural activities and services to the general public. It offers some tips and techniques that will help you to gather feedback and evidence of the public perception and use of available attractions, resources, events and venues. The value of satisfaction surveys is that they help to focus on improvement and the maintenance of high standards.

NB: To use this pack you must have Keypoint installed on your computer.

These templates allow you to become immediately productive with Keypoint – you do not have to learn the entire product in detail before you can start producing your own questionnaires.

The survey pack consists of a User Guide in PDF format, and a set of Keypoint 5.5 example questionnaires (as a zip file).
