This pack is an indispensable aid for professionals who want to use Keypoint to design and analyse questionnaires in order to gain feedback for improvement in the field of patient care.

The NHS plan requires each NHS Trust in England to obtain feedback from clients and patients about their experiences of care and service provision. Patient feedback, as a contributor to the quality improvement cycle, is a key element in developing healthcare services that are patient and client centred. Surveys provide a valuable and informative tool that directly relates to service and care at particular periods of time, or during specific initiatives.

NB: To use this pack you must have Keypoint installed on your computer.

These templates allow you to become immediately productive with Keypoint – you do not have to learn the entire product in detail before you can start producing your own questionnaires.
