This package is an indispensable aid for public sector organisations who want to use Keypoint to design and analyse questionnaires to gain feedback for improvement in service activity. You can also establish who are your most difficult to reach consumer and client groups. Using Keypoint, you can analyse the behaviour of an individual client and compare it to your estimate of an average user of the service provided.
