This pack is an
indispensable aid for professionals who want to use Keypoint to design and analyse
questionnaires in order to gain feedback for improvement in the quality of service provision.
It can also be used to provide evidence for the success or otherwise of a particular campaign
or project. The templates provided will enable you to develop the surveys to suit your
requirements. Their purpose is to show the range and uses of Keypoint.
These templates allow you to become immediately productive with Keypoint – you do not have to learn the entire product in detail before you can start producing your own questionnaires.
The survey pack consists of a User Guide in PDF format, and a set of Keypoint 5.5 example questionnaires (as a zip file).
