Managing a Team Survey
Using tools to help identify the effectiveness of a team and to analyse the criteria for the levels of participation, as well as behaviors and attitude of staff involved, is critical. Feedback tools are important as they become part of the scenery employed to gain evidence and information about a particular situation, project, or set of tasks, that may impact on a team’s performance.
Equal Opportunities Training This survey provides a comprehensive check of the individual’s experience and expertise of the application and use of the organisation’s equal opportunities policy. It will also provide a reliable source of information for the development of any training programmes.
Organisational Direction This survey provides an organisational perspective from the employee’s point of view about the clarity of vision and direction and management. It also touches on the empathy and behaviour that the employee perceives he/she receives from their manager.
Employee Survey This survey is linked to the organisational direction survey but more closely seeks feedback from the employee regarding procedures, activity and processes. It is focused on the operational impact on the employee of the manager’s behaviour and line management.
Developing a Team This upward feedback questionnaire can be used to gauge how well things are going, and to identify development needs in good practice. It is targeted at team performance.
pPiloting Service Changes This survey is designed to support feedback on user reaction to service changes. It is most useful where there are a range of internal and external customers in an organisation who may need to have diverse service activity.
Preparing for Change This short survey enables organisations to check the preparedness of individuals for potential change. It will provide feedback on which areas need further input and which areas are ready so time is efficiently spent on altering those areas that need it.
