Leisure and Culture SurveyThese surveys are for anyone involved in providing leisure and cultural activities and services to the general public. They will help you to gather feedback and evidence of the public perception and use of available attractions, resources, events and venues. The value of satisfaction surveys is that they help to focus on the improvement and maintenance of high standards.
Adult Library User Survey Libraries regularly sample the usage of their service and profile the activity of key groups by gender, age and disability. The purpose of the sampling of the user groups is to provide information to improve the services year on year. The outcome of the survey will contribute towards BVPI 118 and Public Library Standard 12, 14 and 15.
Citizen's Panel – Leisure Survey Feedback survey on culture and leisure focusing on satisfaction and levels of physical activity.
Local Artist Database A database that can be used to investigate the presence of artists living and working locally.
Venues and Facilities A satisfaction survey regarding the standards of local venues and facilities for cultural and leisure activities.
Aquarium Visitor Survey Visitor feedback tool for a specific venue. In this instance, it is about the visit to the aquarium.
Leisure Centre Survey This survey targets a specific leisure centre focusing on getting feedback on satisfaction of the users.
Local Park Survey This survey targets the use of local parks and forms part of the feedback for Citizens Panels.
