Housing Survey

housing surveyThe housing needs of a local community are complex and broad. Local councils provide a range of services, from rented accommodation to low cost home ownership schemes, as well as housing grants, housing associations, and the housing register. In addition, they provide strategic leads on planning and re-development whilst managing relationships with developers and the residents in the communities they serve.

Providing opportunities to gain feedback are vital for councils in ensuring the public and private monies allocated and expended are value for money. Improvements in local communities work better with full consultation and involvement from the beginning to the final paving slab or tree being set in place.

 

Home Improvement
This survey provides a satisfaction rating on the feedback of the support received through the Home Improvement Grants process. It includes a rating of satisfaction on each of the stages of the process from application to completion of work.
