Employee Talent Management Survey
Organisations that seek to differentiate themselves from the rest of the pack invest in their people resource. Placing the best talent into the appropriate role to ensure the organisation’s growth is smart investment. These surveys have been put together to provide a flavour of that investment.
Induction Training This survey provides a tool set of questions that can be used before induction training and development takes place, or just after the training has been completed. It includes core tasks which should be developed as a checklist of what the organisation expects the employee to know and be able to find out about as part of the induction process.
Internet Confidence Survey This is a sample skills based survey that focuses on a particular area and could easily be a model for other such skill based training. It provides the organisation with a number of key threads including personal experience of the employee, the employees perception of their level of skills and attitude to a particular area i.e. the use of the Internet.
Pre-training Objectives This survey provides the HR department or lead with the rationale for an employee whether newly appointed or an existing member of staff to detail what they expect to get from a development and training opportunity.
Training Needs This small survey is a very useful survey for assessing core organization needs such as appropriate behavioral training needs, finance and budget management, management skills, appraisals and interviews.
Generic Job Survey The survey questions in this template are a useful set to work on when a service or team is undergoing significant change and the actions could impact on the performance of the personnel involved. It can be easily adapted to suit the situation that may arise but provide a good thermometer of the ‘working temperature’ of an individual or group of people.
Employee Departing Questionnaire This survey provides the organisation with some top level information about the reason for an employee leaving the organisation and the opportunities and employment prospects that the employee had.
Human Resources Survey This survey provides feedback on the experience of employees at all levels in an organisation and their satisfaction with management styles, positivity of experience in working and the benefits and performance opportunities.
Recruitment Feedback This survey provides a mechanism for gathering information about the recruitment process for the employee and opportunities for improving the process so the best possible fit of candidate to post is achieved.
