clinical audit surveyThe use of patient feedback in the clinical audit process as a contributor to the quality improvement cycle is a key element in improving patient care. Involving patients in the selection and evaluation of the structure, processes, and outcome of care against explicit criteria is now becoming part of the measuring current practice against agreed standards. Clinical audits are widely used within the Health Service to identify how to measure practice ‘performance’ in a patient centred way against pre-set targets.

 

Organisation Feedback
 This survey is aimed at managers and staff of any organisation that provides a wide range of patient care. The purpose of this survey is to gather information about the use of patient satisfaction survey's by contributing services. The questions are designed to understand what impact the patient's feedback has on improvements in service provision.

Patient Survey - Eye Care
