Situation Main Marketing are a tele marketing company providing a range of tele marketing, canvassing and other services to a wide range of customers across the United Kingdom. The challenge was to enhance both their services to existing customers and to extend the knowledge of just how their customers saw their product and services. Main Marketing also sought to learn what other tele marketing activities were important to both existing and new customers. The Business Challenge Main Marketing wanted a product/solution that let them carry out surveys of both existing customers and prospective customers. They wanted to be in control of the entire survey process including forms design and publication through to data correlation, analysis and presentation and needed a solution that could be easily integrated into their day-to-day operations. In addition they wanted a solution that did not require "specialised expertise" and could be used by staff members without extensive training or IT skills.
